We rented a C-21 camper from Cruise Canada for 13 days in October and were very satisfied with our trip and the service overall. Positive: The handover was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and easy to reach. The value for money was also excellent – for around €1,100, we got a reliable camper that took us through Alberta and the Rockies without any problems. Room for improvement: The equipment was rather basic overall. Some kitchen utensils seemed cheap (e.g. the coating on the cooking spoons came off after a short time), and there was no cutlery tray – instead, everything was stored in a zip bag. In addition, there were no warnings about the risk of frost, which is definitely relevant in Canada in October. We had to find out for ourselves how to protect the tanks from freezing. We also found it a bit of a shame that when we returned the camper, there was no way to pass on leftover food or cleaning products (e.g. milk, oatmeal, washing-up liquid) to the next renter – instead, we had to throw everything away. That seemed unnecessarily wasteful. In addition, our windscreen already had a stone chip directly in the field of vision when we picked up the vehicle, which was a bit annoying when driving. Conclusion: Despite minor flaws, we had a great time with the camper and would recommend Cruise Canada overall – especially because of the uncomplicated handling and the very good price-performance ratio.

Booking and organising Camperdays in advance went really well. We had a few questions, which were quickly answered – both by email and during very friendly phone calls with staff members. We felt very well looked after. Unfortunately, this feeling turned to great disappointment when we picked up the camper in Calgary. The CruiseCanada staff there were not very helpful. We were complete camping novices before this holiday, but in Calgary we felt like we were being taken for a ride. No matter what question we asked, we were told, "The instruction manual is behind the driver's seat." Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment we were given was anything but clean, and the blankets and towels were also dirty, with some stains and not complete. When we asked for "matching sets" (one had a large and a small towel, the other only a large one, but according to the description there should have been 3 towels per person), there was no response. Fortunately, there were no problems in this regard when we returned the vehicle in Vancouver. Everything went well here too, but the pick-up in Calgary was not what we had imagined. Of course, this does not apply to the CamperDays team, whom we can only praise and thank for their great support :) We felt well looked after and perfectly informed (not too much and not too little).

Last year, we rented a Cruise America C-30 in Phoenix. The staff were friendly both when we picked it up and returned it, and the motorhome was excellent. We did have a few minor issues, but Cruise America resolved them perfectly. This year, we rented a Cruise Canada C-30 in Calgary, Canada. The motorhome was from 2019 with almost 150,000 on the odometer. The staff were not friendly, uninterested and stood behind the counter looking bored. Every question was too much for them. A cover was missing from the roof hatch, we reported this but according to the mechanic, they did not have any in stock. But it was. I had seen a new one in the garage, so after much insistence, the mechanic reluctantly put it on after chasing us out of the motorhome due to safety policy. When driving in the rain, it leaked in front of the window and the dashboard got wet. The alcove with the sleeping area got very wet when it rained, with drops running down the wall. When the camper was connected to a fixed water supply, even with low water pressure, the pipes in the toilet area leaked, so we couldn't use it. The ignition switch had a short circuit, which meant that occasionally everything on the dashboard stayed on. Otherwise, the engine was powerful and there were no problems.

I paid for full inclusive, they forgot to gave us the bed sheets, i had to go and get them my self in the warehouse. the hot water did not work for 3 weeks... the car got a check engine light, i called they told me to keep driving the car.

Vehicle came out of hibernation. Vehicle was not cleaned inside, display for black and grey water did not work, hose for waste water was defective. There is no socket in the vehicle from the body battery. This means that power from sockets is only available with external power. When switching off the ignition, the radio goes off after 5 minutes, which is annoying. The mirror cabinet opened with every jolt, you couldn't put anything in it. Side cover plate in seating area no longer held, had to be fixed with adhesive tape. Some screws on the cupboards and mouldings needed to be replaced or tightened. No rubbish bin, dustpan and broom available, we had to go to the DIY store to get one. All locks had been corrected and were difficult to open. The entrance door to the living area, where the screws had loosened, was fixed by us. Apart from that, the vehicle was fine, mileage and size were okay. We drove 11000 km in the vehicle without any repairs. We are planning a similar trip next year.

We booked a campervan that looked different in the picture than the one we ultimately received. The service at CanaDream itself was good. However, the RV was not properly cleaned, the shower screen was not installed correctly, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The vehicle itself also did not have the layout we had actually ordered. Next time, we plan to configure the vehicle down to the last detail before booking.

Very brief, superficial handover. The waste tank indicator was inaccurate and very irritating. A constant, untraceable rattling noise during the journey was disturbing. Otherwise, the small motorhome was just right for our purposes.

Renting a camper from Fraserway through CamperDays was a very simple, easy process and the whole pickup/drop off was made easy for us. We had an issue with our camper throughout the trip but their support team was on hand to sort the issue promptly. The only regret I had was not getting a bigger vehicle. I would recommend this company if you need a camper for your trip. I plan to book again in the future.

We booked the campervan for a fortnight in the Rocky Mountains. The handover was perfect, everything was explained to us in detail. You have to allow time for everything. We were picked up at the hotel at 10.30 a.m. and left for the Rockies at 5 p.m. with our shopping. On the way there was a problem with the shower, an hour after reporting the problem, a plumber was standing in front of us at the campsite. Everything was fine. We were impressed. The prices are high, but you have to live with that. Otherwise, an absolute recommendation for Camperdays and Fraserway on site. Mega!

As always, a great experience with Fraserway, although this time actually with Four Seasons, the subsidiary with the slightly more used models. But the service at Fraserway was identical. Free shuttle bus from the airport hotel, same friendly treatment. RV with around 70,000 kilometres on the clock but technically perfect and well maintained. Also highly recommend Camperdays as an agent!
